It has been confirmed that Crytek's UK branch are currently working on an "original IP". Crytek UK are formely known to be Free Radical who developed the groundbreaking Timesplitters series, untill November 2008 when the company went into administration along with Timesplitters 4.

Crytek UK's new IP is focused on a multiplayer and single player expereince. They
hope it will evolve into a series just like Timesplitters did. 

So does that mean no more Timesplitters 4, well we will have to wait and see.
